Event Description
Location: Lower Hutt Little Theatre
Musical Stars is a performing arts school working with children aged 5–18 across Wellington and the Hutt region. Each year, our students work hard during Terms 2 and 3 to bring a full-scale musical production to life. We believe the arts should be for everyone, an inclusive and fun space where children are encouraged to be creative and thrive. These shows are a wonderful opportunity to share the magic of performing arts with children around the city, hopefully inspiring the next generation - or just creating a fun, educational and memorable experience for them! This year, we are excited to present Shrek Jr, featuring a talented teen cast (ages 13–18) from schools across the region We’d love to attract children of all ages to join us for a magical, inspiring experience that celebrates creativity, teamwork, and the joy of live performance.
