Virtual Reality Headset training:
This module introduces learners to essential communication techniques and strategies for managing conflict in the workplace. Through interactive VR scenarios, learners can practise staying calm, listening actively, and responding effectively in challenging situations. At the end of each module, you’ll earn a badge you can add to your CV.
