Event Description
Celebrate Matariki with the community at Te Kakano Marae in Moera.
Join us for an evening of culture, connection and celebration from 6pm to 8pm. The event will feature a guest speaker, entertainment, an MC and a free hāngī, creating an opportunity to come together and learn more about Matariki and Māori culture.
This free event welcomes whānau of all ages and backgrounds. Moera is a vibrant and diverse community where different people, cultures and ideas come together, and this celebration reflects that spirit of sharing, learning and belonging.
Gather your whānau and join us at Te Kakano Marae to celebrate Matariki together. Everyone is welcome.
