Young Singers in Harmony National Convention

Some of Aotearoa’s best young voices are coming together in Lower Hutt for two days of incredible a cappella harmony!

The Young Singers in Harmony National Convention is the highlight of the year for secondary school singers from across New Zealand, bringing together the country’s top qualifying quartets and choruses to compete, perform and celebrate their love of singing.

Wednesday 23 September, hear the country’s top youth quartets take the stage

Thursday 24 September, listen to the chorus competition featuring talented school and youth choruses from across Aotearoa.

The Convention wraps up with a Parade of Champions, celebrating the best performances from across the two days and featuring a special guest appearance from Sweet Adelines New Zealand’s champion quartet Based on a True Story (BOATS) before they head to the USA to compete on the international stage in October.
