The FREE Wainui Dance Fit classes are held every Monday and Tuesday at the Wainuiomata Community Hall at 6pm during school terms. The aim of Dance Fit is to help get everyone moving in the community. Everyone is welcome no matter what shape or size, gender, fitness level, young or old, come along for a FUN FREE workout!
