Event Description

The annual Stokes Valley Christmas Parade starts at the corner of SV Rd & Kamahi St at noon on Saturday 6 December and ends at Speldhurst Park.

It consists of 2O plus floats , the majority of which are local schools, sporting , cultural groups etc and a Santa float of course.

The marketplace enables local groups to promote their profiles and also fund raise

-about 50 stall holders including supervised children.

The parade attracts about 2000 viewers and the market around 1500 people.

over 1500 attend the marketplace.

A fun Xmas celebration for all.
