Virtual Reality Headset training:
This module introduces learners to the communication and customer service skills essential for roles in tourism and public-facing environments. Through realistic VR experiences, learners will gain insight into engaging with visitors, handling enquiries, and representing an organisation professionally. At the end of each module, you’ll earn a badge you can add to your CV.
