� Thịt Kho (Caramelized Braised Pork) - tender pork simmered in coconut water, a dish that brings comfort, warmth and the taste of Tết.

�Dưa cải và giá (Pickled mustard green & mung bean sprouts) - crunchy, colourful pickles that balance the richness of New Year dishes This workshop is designed for all ages - beginners, families, food lovers, and anyone curious about Vietnamese culture. Learn the meaning behind each dish and how they come together on every Vietnamese New Year table.
