Healthy gardens start from the ground up.
This is a free workshop to help you grow kai (food) at home or in your community
Learn the foundations of healthy soil in this practical, hands-on workshop. You’ll explore simple ways to assess your soil quality (including a basic worm test) and get practical tips for planning what you can grow in your space.
Whether you have a massive backyard, a community garden or just a few pots on a windowsill you will be supported to map out your space and figure out exactly what you can grow right where you are.
