Event Description

What does it really mean to practise kaitiakitanga? Join our rangatahi facilitator from Taitā College as they share their journey of regenerating native ngahere (forest); clearing invasive species, replanting, and seeing birdlife return.

With more birds comes a new reality: protecting your seeds and māra kai (food garden). In this workshop, you will explore practical ways to care for both your māra kai and the wider ecosystem.

This workshop is free and open to everyone. Registrations are appreciated to help us plan for numbers, but are not required.
