Event Description
Event location: 27 Matuhi Street, Tirohanga, Lower Hutt
The fair is one of the largest annual community events hosted by the school and is specifically designed to welcome the wider Wellington and Lower Hutt community onto the campus. It creates opportunities for families, neighbours, local organisations, and visitors to connect through shared activities, performances, food, and entertainment, strengthening social cohesion. Supporting the local economy The event generates economic activity by: Attracting hundreds of visitors to Lower Hutt. Showcasing and selling handmade crafts, artwork, plants, food, and gifts, many of which are produced by local families and artisans. Providing opportunities for local businesses and community partners to participate, increasing their visibility and sales. Raising funds that are reinvested into educational facilities, programmes, and resources at the non-profit school, reducing the need for external funding.
